Brief Introduction

Manufactured by XI'AN AIMIN MOTOR CO., LTD., the YJTKK series high-voltage variable frequency three-phase asynchronous motor is professionally developed to match modern industrial variable speed control systems, and the vvvf motor drive serves as the core matching configuration to realize flexible speed regulation, energy-saving operation and stable torque output of this series of motors. Taking the YJTKK6303-6 model on the nameplate as a typical representative, this motor has a rated power of 1400kW, rated voltage of 10000V, rated speed of 995r/min under 50Hz working condition, with an excellent energy efficiency of 94.9% and a power factor of 0.86, which can efficiently convert electric energy into mechanical energy and effectively reduce long-term operating power consumption for enterprises.

This series of motors adopts Class 155 heat-resistant insulation structure and IP54 protection grade, matched with IC666 cooling mode and B3 installation form, and supports S1 continuous working system, which can run stably for a long time under the ambient temperature of -20℃ to 40℃ and the altitude within 1000 meters. In terms of structural configuration, the driving end is equipped with NU238ECM bearing, and the non-driving end adopts 6336/C3 bearing with large load capacity, which can bear heavy radial and axial loads during high-torque operation. The rated output torque of the motor reaches 13370N·m, and the stable operation frequency range covers 5Hz to 70Hz. When cooperating with vvvf motor drive, it can realize stepless speed regulation in a wide range, perfectly adapt to the working conditions of frequent speed change, intermittent start and heavy-load startup in industrial production, avoiding the energy waste caused by traditional throttling speed regulation of fans, water pumps, compressors and other equipment.

The stator adopts Y-type wiring mode, the rated working current is 98.8A, and the internal winding has excellent anti-aging and voltage resistance performance, which can effectively resist the harmonic impact generated during the operation of frequency conversion equipment and extend the service life of the motor.
