Brief Introduction

Our 2000 kw electric motor, model YXVF560-4, is a high-performance variable frequency three-phase asynchronous motor independently developed and manufactured by XI'AN AIMIN MOTOR CO., LTD, specially designed for heavy-duty, continuous industrial operating conditions. Compliant with CE certification and national Grade 2 energy efficiency standards, this high-voltage motor integrates mature drive technology and precise structural design, delivering stable, energy-saving and long-lasting operational performance for large-scale industrial equipment.

The 2000 kw electric motor adopts a 10kV high-voltage stator design, with a rated frequency of 50Hz, rated rotating speed of 1490 r/min and power factor of 0.88. It applies Class 155(F) thermal insulation to effectively resist winding ageing caused by high temperature during long-time operation. Equipped with IP55 high protection grade and IC611 closed cooling mode, the motor can perfectly adapt to harsh working environments with much dust, humidity and temperature fluctuations ranging from -15℃ to 40℃, and it can normally run at an altitude below 1000 meters. Adopting S1 continuous working system and IM B3 horizontal installation type, the motor can sustain 24-hour non-stop heavy-load operation without frequent overheating faults.

To guarantee long-term stable rotation, this 2000 kw electric motor is fitted with original SKF heavy-duty bearings: drive end uses NU238ECM bearing and non-drive end adopts 6336/C3 bearing, which effectively reduces friction loss and avoids bearing burnout under frequent variable-frequency speed regulation and heavy starting torque. Before commissioning, users must strictly follow the safety cautions on the nameplate: confirm correct rotation direction, ensure circulating cooling water supply for water cooling structures, avoid reduced-voltage heavy-load startup that may burn windings, keep proper lubrication supply for sliding bearings, prohibit winding earth operation, and align the central axis when connecting with driven equipment via couplings. All standardized operation rules greatly extend the motor's service life and lower unexpected maintenance costs.
