Brief Introduction

The motor ie3 is the core of this Y400-4SZT three-phase asynchronous motor developed and produced by Xi'an AIMIN Motor Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer of large electric motors in China. Designed in accordance with JB/T 10446 industry standards and CE certification requirements, this high-voltage squirrel-cage asynchronous motor is built for continuous heavy-duty industrial operation under S1 duty cycle. It adopts IP23 protection grade and IC01 open-circuit cooling mode, suitable for well-ventilated workshop environments, with an ambient working temperature ranging from -15℃ to 40℃ and applicable altitude up to 1000 meters.

This motor is rated at 355kW power, 10000V stator voltage, 50Hz frequency, and a synchronous speed of 1485 r/min. Its stator rated current is 25.6A with star(Y) connection, power factor cosφ reaching 0.86, and thermal class 155 insulation system, which provides strong thermal tolerance and reliable long-running safety. For bearing configuration, the drive end uses NU224ECM cylindrical roller bearing while the non-drive end is equipped with 6224/C3 deep groove ball bearing. This bearing combination effectively bears radial and axial loads, reduces running friction, suppresses vibration and noise, and extends service life. The overall motor mass is 2440kg, with IM B35 mounting form for both foot and flange installation, bringing great flexibility for on-site arrangement of different equipment.
