Built with air-water cooling construction, IP54 protection grade and Class 155 insulation, it adopts S1 continuous duty to guarantee non-stop, stable long-term operation for your core production equipment.

Unlike conventional squirrel cage motors, the YRKK wound rotor design allows external starting resistors to be connected into the rotor circuit at startup. This smart structure effectively suppresses inrush starting current and minimizes grid impact, a critical advantage especially when running under high voltage power supply 10kv. The drive end uses NU238ECM bearing while the non-drive end adopts 6336/C3 bearing. Equipped with optimized compound sliding bearing lubrication system, it maintains stable lubrication under heavy shock loads. Both stator and rotor utilize Class 155 heat-resistant insulation materials, greatly improving overload resistance and extending the service life of the whole machine. Its air-water cooling system requires circulating cooling water before commissioning, keeping internal temperature steady even under sustained full-load operation.

Our motors are manufactured with strict quality standards and clear operation guidelines. Direct short-circuit startup of rotor windings is prohibited. External starting variable resistance must be fitted to the rotor loop before startup. Winding operation with earthing faults is not allowed. During installation, precise alignment of axial centerlines is required when coupled with driven machinery, to avoid excessive vibration and shaft damage. Adaptable to ambient temperatures ranging from -15℃ to 40℃ and altitude up to 2100 meters, it performs reliably in harsh, complex field environments across global projects.
