Brief Introduction

This high efficiency AC motor is a flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor manufactured by Xi'an AIMIN Electric Motor Co., Ltd., model YBX3-280S-4, designed for operation in hazardous locations with explosive gas mixtures. Rated power reaches 75 kW at 50 Hz power frequency, with rated voltage of 380 V and rated current of 136.3 A. Its rated speed is 1485 r/min, power factor 0.89, and efficiency up to 95.0%, meeting high energy-saving requirements for industrial driving equipment.

The motor adopts Exd IIB T4 Gb explosion-proof mark, which is certified for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive atmospheres of Class IIB gas groups. The protection class is IP55, effectively preventing dust intrusion and resisting water splash. The duty type is S1, enabling continuous long-time stable operation. The insulation class is F, with a maximum allowable winding temperature rise of 155℃, supporting an ambient working temperature up to 40℃ and applicable altitude up to 1000 meters. The mounting form is B3, a common foot-mounted structure for easy installation on pumps, fans, compressors and other industrial machinery.

For rotating support, DE and NDE ends are equipped with 6317/C3 and 6314/C3 bearings respectively, featuring proper internal clearance to reduce thermal expansion risk during continuous operation and extend service life.
