XI'AN AIMIN Z4-250-31BQ high-performance adjustable-speed 400 volt motor is a premium industrial direct current drive product fully compliant with JB/T8318 national standard. As a core member of AIMIN mature Z4 DC motor series, this model integrates advanced electromagnetic design, optimized mechanical structure and reliable manufacturing technology, delivering excellent speed regulation performance and stable continuous power output under complex industrial working conditions. Rated at 119kW power, 400V rated voltage and 332A rated current, it adopts independent separate excitation control system, realizing wide stepless speed regulation from 900r/min to 2000r/min, and maintaining constant torque output across full speed range.

Core Technical Advantages

Different from traditional old-generation DC motors, this upgraded Z4 model 400 volt motor adopts optimized excitation system (SEP.310 excitation mode) with only 7.8A excitation current, greatly reducing excitation loss and improving overall energy efficiency. It adopts Class 180 thermal insulation grade, IP21S protection degree and IC06 self-ventilation cooling structure, adapting to ambient temperature from -40℃ to +40℃ and altitude below 1000m. High-precision SKF imported bearings are equipped on both drive and non-drive ends, with C3 clearance design, significantly improving operation stability, service life and shock resistance. With IM B3 horizontal foot-mounted installation structure and 1060kg optimized overall weight, it achieves perfect balance between structural rigidity and lightweight design.

This model strictly follows AIMIN industrial-grade quality control system, with stable speed regulation precision, strong overload capacity and reliable continuous operation performance under S1 continuous duty system.
