Derived from the mature Z4 DC motor platform, this upgraded ZDL4 model inherits stable reliable performance, while optimizes structural design, insulation system and environmental adaptability. The representative ZDL4-200-31T1WF2 model delivers rated output power of 30kW, rated armature voltage of 220V, rated armature current of 151A, and constant rated speed of 1500r/min, fully meeting the precise speed regulation and high-torque driving demands of various industrial occasions.

Adopting independent shunt excitation (SHUNT) mode, this 30kw dc motor comes with a rated excitation current of 1.3A, achieving excellent speed stability, smooth speed regulation performance and strong overload capacity. It complies with national standard JB/T7592, equipped with Class 155 thermal insulation grade, IC411 self-ventilation cooling system and IP55 protection grade, which effectively prevents dust intrusion and splashing water damage, ensuring safe operation under harsh industrial environments. It supports standard V1 vertical mounting structure, configured with high-precision rolling bearings (DE:6314-2RZ/C3, NDE:6214-2RZ/C3), featuring low vibration, low noise and long service life.
