Manufactured by Xi'an AIMIN Motor Co.,Ltd., a top domestic motor manufacturer with CE certification, the YR315M1-8 is an 8-pole wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor ip23 specially designed for heavy-duty industrial operating conditions. Following the national standard JB/T 5269, this motor adopts a classic slip-ring wound rotor structure, which is fundamentally different from ordinary squirrel-cage asynchronous motors. It delivers outstanding starting performance, adjustable starting torque and smooth speed regulation capability, perfectly meeting the harsh load demands of mining, metallurgy, lifting, conveyors and large mechanical equipment. With rated power of 110kW, rated speed of 740r/min and stable 380V stator power supply, it becomes an ideal power source for high-inertia heavy-load starting occasions.

Core Technical Specifications & Advantages

This motor ip23 adopts delta connection for stator winding and star connection for rotor winding, with stator rated voltage 380V, stator rated current 229A, rotor rated voltage 326V and rotor rated current 204A. It reaches a power factor of 0.79, Class 130 thermal insulation grade, IP23 protection grade, IC01 self-ventilation cooling mode and S1 continuous working duty. Equipped with premium bearings NU319 (drive end) & 6319/C3 (non-drive end), it ensures ultra-low vibration, stable operation and long service life. B3 horizontal foot-mounted installation structure makes it easy to install and maintain on various industrial equipment.

Distinguished from conventional squirrel-cage motors, its unique wound rotor design supports external resistance starting, which greatly reduces starting current impact on power grid and provides high starting torque under heavy loads. It works properly under 40℃ ambient temperature and ≤1000m altitude, with strict quality control and CE compliance. The whole machine weighs 1362kg, with solid structure, excellent overload resistance and reliable operation stability.
