For extra-large 3kv motor, the stator core punch may need to be spliced through several fan-shaped blades, which is an inevitable factor that causes the motor to have shaft current; however, if the number of splices can be reasonably controlled, the risk of shaft current generation will be greatly reduced.Professional research has found that after the ratio of the number of splicing joints of the iron core to the logarithm of the motor pole is approximately the simplest fraction, if the molecule is odd, there will be axial current, and if the molecule is even, there will be no axial current.For this rule, on the one hand, it may be deduced and demonstrated through professional theory, and on the other hand, it may also be verified by practice.

When there is a shaft voltage in the 3kv motor, for a motor with a rolling bearing structure, as long as the shaft voltage does not exceed 350 millivolts, in principle, it will not pose a threat to the bearing, otherwise the necessary avoidance measures should be taken.When the shaft voltage is high, circuit breaking or bypass measures can be taken according to the actual structure of the motor or specific operating conditions.
