Brief Introduction

Our AIMIN Z4 series 600 rpm dc motor represented by the model Z4-400-32 is a high-performance separately excited direct current motor professionally manufactured by Xi'an AIMIN Motor Co., Ltd., strictly produced in accordance with the national standard JB/T 6316 to deliver stable, adjustable-speed driving performance for heavy-duty industrial production lines. This 440kW 440V industrial motor is engineered to cope with frequent speed regulation, heavy startup load and continuous long-time operation under S1 working duty, making it a core driving component widely adopted in metallurgical rolling mills, mining conveyors, cement production equipment, paper making machinery and large hydraulic pump stations.

With a rated rotational speed of 600 revolutions per minute, this 600 rpm dc motor features a separately excited design with a 180V excitation voltage and rated excitation current of 29.0A, which enables precise independent control over motor torque and rotating speed. Operators can flexibly adjust the output speed within a wide range without sacrificing stable torque output, perfectly matching the variable working condition requirements of modern industrial automated production. The motor adopts IP21S protection grade and IC06 self-ventilated cooling structure, paired with Class 155 high-temperature resistant insulation material, effectively avoiding insulation aging caused by long-time continuous operation and frequent load fluctuations, greatly extending the service life of the whole motor.

In terms of structural configuration, this heavy-duty motor is designed with classic IM B3 horizontal foot mounting installation, which is convenient for on-site fixing, alignment and daily maintenance for most industrial equipment. Two heavy-duty C3 clearance rolling bearings are equipped on both drive end and non-drive end, adopting 6326/C3 for the drive side and 6226/C3 for the non-drive side. The large-size wide-gap bearings can withstand huge radial and axial impact loads generated during heavy-load startup and frequent forward-reverse rotation, effectively preventing bearing heating, vibration and abnormal wear under long-time high-load running. The whole motor weighs 4010kg, with a robust cast iron frame that greatly improves mechanical rigidity and anti-vibration capacity, ensuring stable operation even under harsh on-site working conditions.

For environmental adaptability, the AIMIN Z4 series 600 rpm dc motor can normally run within an ambient temperature range of 0℃ to 40℃ and an altitude below 1000 meters above sea level.
